What is a Holistic Health Coach?

A Holistic Health Coach is a trained professional who uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve their clients' health. Working as a guide toward an overall healthier life, a health coach will look at the clients' nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more.

What is the difference between a Heath Coach and Nutritionist?

Health Coaches bridge significant gaps in the healthcare system! For example, I help clients implement recommendations and develop plans of action that are manageable and enjoyable. While a registered dietician focuses on nutrition and the food that you eat mainly.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I work in an ongoing coaching plan to support client goals. While we discuss dietary nutrition, there’s a larger focus on non-food forms of nourishment like career, relationships, physical activity, and spirituality.

Where did you obtain your certification?

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) which is the only holistic school that explores over 100 dietary theories and the largest online health coaching and nutrition school in the world. The main reason why I offer a  six months 1:1 coaching program is due to this is the right time to support clients to make life and dietary changes. Changes don't happen overnight, and it takes time to develop new habits. Your personalized program will completely improve your overall wellness.

Where are the meetings held? When do we meet?

Virtually via video chats. I offer wide flexibility of schedules that adapt to your needs.

How much time a day do I have to dedicate to the program to see results?

To see results what you will need are three fundamental elements: commitment, dedication, and perseverance. We are going to start incorporating small adjustments throughout your day-to-day life until these are transformed into lifestyle habits that will be sustainable over time.Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you.

How long does the Holistic Detox program last?

The program lasts four weeks (1 month). We meet once a week for 40 minutes.

What does each Holistic Detox session include?

The program is divided into four modules corresponding to a detoxification area: Nutrition, Personal Care, Environment, and Spirituality.

What materials does it include?

A wide variety of information in PDF format, from recipes to practical guides to start sustainable changes that will always be at your fingertips.

What kind of support will I receive?

Not only personalized attention and support, but also communication between sessions at predetermined and agreed times to resolve any questions you may have.
