I guide women who want to detoxify their environment to have a healthy, complete, and vibrant life but need help knowing where to start.

I will give you the tools to empower yourself, find balance, and take action through your nutrition, personal care, environment, and spirituality.

I received my training and certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), specializing in Gut Health and Detox your life.

    We will review your health form and further discuss your wellness goals. It is an opportunity for you to confidentially share your health concerns with me where I will take the time to listen to you.

You will understand the importance of mental detoxification and how it influences all aspects of your well-being.
With a focus on the power of the mind and how you can use it to support your lifestyle by incorporating mindfulness practices and generating more positive emotions, so that you learn how to make the connection between mind and body.

What is a Holistic Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a trained professional who uses the client's leadership to guide clients in integrating diet and lifestyle changes that will optimize their health and happiness. Working as a mentor toward a healthier life in general, a Health Coach is in charge of observing the client’s health patterns in all aspects, including nutrition, relationships, physical health, and spirituality through a personalized approach.


Where did you get your certification?

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the only holistic school where you explore more than 100 dietary theories, as well as being the world's largest online health training and nutrition school. IIN allows you to transform your health and happiness, as well as provides the tools to start a fulfilling career. What is the difference between a Health Coach and a nutritionist?

A Health Coach bridges significant gaps in the health system; for example, it helps clients implement recommendations and develop action plans that are realistic and enduring. On the other hand, a registered dietitian focuses only on nutrition and the foods that are primarily consumed.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I work on a continuous support plan to provide the necessary tools according to my clients' goals. While we are talking about dietary nutrition, there are broader aspects of forms of nourishment that do not focus solely on food, including your profession, relationships, physical activity, and spirituality.


How long is this program?

The program is four weeks (1 month). We meet once a week for 50 minutes.

How much time a day do I have to dedicate to the program to see results?

To see results, what you will need are three fundamental elements: commitment, dedication, and perseverance. We are going to start incorporating small adjustments throughout your day-to-day life until these are transformed into lifestyle habits that will be sustainable over time. Since most of this program occurs outside our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are up to you.
